A MIND-BODY CONNECTION RETREAT FOR WOMEN
From October 16th to 18th, 2026
Disconnection within the self is a huge issue today - it can result in depression, anxiety, perpetuating effects of trauma, difficulty sleeping and digesting, numbness and apathy, amongst many other individual symptoms.
Fall Into Your Self is our love letter to women -- an invitation to pause and turn inward. Together, in a supportive small community of women, we will explore where we have outgrown old stories, expectations, and ways of being. Through yoga, mindfulness, and counselling therapeutic practices, we’ll honour what has shaped us, but gently let go of what we’ve been carrying and no longer serves us, and reconnect with the depths of wisdom within us.
Join us in cozy Linwood House, within the lush forest cathedral of Roberts Creek, BC, immersed in centuries-old pine groves, bird song and the deeply connective quiet of nature. As the trees release their leaves to rebuild their inner resources, we too will integrate the lessons of the seasons past and make space for rest, clarity and new possibility.
Included: Individually-themed and boutique hotel-style rooms, organic farm-to-table meals, self-care gift package, sessions by the massive stone fireplace and in the yoga studio.

“I arrived expecting a simple yoga retreat, but what I experienced was something far deeper — a truly healing and bonding journey with an incredible group of women. The venue itself felt like a sanctuary: surrounded by trees, a gentle creek nearby, comfortable rooms, and a real wood‑burning fireplace that brought all the elements together for rest and renewal. The nourishing, delicious soul food prepared by the chef added so much comfort and care to the experience.
Anilā and Juliana were exceptional, complementary facilitators who held space with genuine warmth, love, and kindness. Their guidance made it easy for each of us to feel safe, open up, and connect through our individual healing journeys.
I sincerely hope there will be follow‑up one‑day check‑ins or seasonal/bi‑annual gatherings. The timing of this retreat — early February — was perfect for thawing out, resetting, and setting a positive, healing tone for the year ahead.”

“Nestled in the natural beauty of the Sunshine Coast, the Thaw Your Self retreat was a true reset.
Thoughtfully curated, the experience blended science-based therapeutic methods with deeply intuitive practices. Facilitated by Juliana and Anilā — both skilled therapists and yoga practitioners—the space was held with both grounded expertise and spiritual depth.
Each day wove together somatic yoga, breathwork, and group therapy, creating a gentle yet powerful pathway inward. The nourishing, intentional cuisine —fed and restored our body, mind, and soul.
What surprised me most was the depth of connection. We arrived as strangers and left as trusted friends, held together through shared vulnerability and care.
I came in carrying creative blocks and self-doubt. I left feeling renewed, clear, and empowered to move forward in my artistic path.
This retreat fosters growth, self-understanding, compassion, and meaningful connection.
I look forward to joining Juliana and Anilā on their next retreat.”

“I work in the mental health and wellness field, and for years I’ve heard people talk about the ‘mind-body connection.’ I thought I understood what it meant, but this retreat showed me that understanding it intellectually and truly experiencing it are two very different things.
This experience changed me in ways I never expected.
It deepened my relationship with myself, my body, my mind, and the people I care about. It helped me slow down and listen to what my body had been trying to tell me all along. I learned how to recognize its signals, respond with compassion instead of judgment, and honour what I need in each moment.
What surprised me most was how much wisdom my body holds when I take the time to listen.
The practices I learned at this retreat didn’t end when I went home. They have become part of my daily life. I feel more grounded, more connected to myself, and more present in the world around me.
I arrived curious. I left transformed.
I am profoundly grateful for this experience and will carry its lessons with me for the rest of my life.”
